CEO & Founder

After working as an event planner, executive and personal assistant for over a decade, Allison Farrar Welch founded As You Wish in 2010. Allison’s passion for planning and organizing, as well as her signature blend of personalization and seamless services, has enabled her to successfully execute high-profile charity fundraisers and casual cocktail gatherings from New York City to Aspen.
Allison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University while also receiving her certification in Meeting & Event Planning from the University of North Carolina. She is involved with various charities around Denver and enjoys yoga, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
Bryn Thompson
Partner & COO
Bryn Thompson joined the As You Wish Lifestyle team to support franchise operations for organizational success as we expand into new markets. Bryn brings the perfect blend of hospitality, sales, and technology operation experience. She has worked with multiple companies on their global expansion goals, operation models, and opening new markets.
Bryn is a proud Tennessee VOL. In her spare time, Bryn enjoys skiing, hanging with her nephews, playing tennis, and completing home projects.
Nancy Thompson
Lifestyle Coordinator
Nancy, a Connecticut native, moved to Colorado for college and embraced the state's active lifestyle and beautiful scenery. With a diverse background, she joined As You Wish, contributing significantly with her entrepreneurial skills and organizational abilities. Her dog treat business, inspired by her Lab during trail adventures in 2010, showcases her self-driven and multitasking nature. After a decade in the corporate sector, Nancy shifted to a role that aligns with her passion, leveraging her networking skills at As You Wish. She's known for her first-class service and strong client relationships.
Outside work, Nancy's life revolves around outdoor activities with her Lab. A passionate outdoorswoman and dog enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, tennis, golf, and winter sports, reflecting her commitment to a balanced lifestyle embracing nature and wellness.
Bree Warot

Bree began her career in the ski industry with Vail Resorts and Intrawest before officially planting roots in Denver over 15 years ago. Since then, Bree’s passion for event planning and personal assistance serves as the foundation of over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry across Colorado.
Bree enjoys creating memorable experiences for an extremely diverse range of clients while also executing both intimate and large-scale events. Her local knowledge enables her to authentically connect clients to top-tier resources for any occasion.
She is a foodie who enjoys traveling, snowboarding, hiking, yoga and is always down to experience new things.

Hailing from the heart of Oklahoma City, Lee, now resides in the Denver, along with her loving husband, their adorable daughter, and their sweet puppy. Before embarking on the journey that led her to join the As You Wish team, Lee built a rich and diverse professional background. She spent years in after-school education, where she nurtured the minds of the future generation. Her 20 years in real estate experience taps into her skills in organization and attention to detail.
Lee’s love for organizing, decluttering, and the magic of ROYGBIV (the colors of the rainbow) infuses every project. She finds immense satisfaction in transforming chaotic spaces into harmonious, color-coded havens, ensuring that every item has its place. Her dedication to bringing order to the chaos is matched only by her commitment to seeing a job through, from inception to completion.

Mama of three, Amy knows what organization and a little thoughtful planning can do to make life that much sweeter. Prior to joining As You Wish, her vast background in journalism, advertising and PR, event planning, education, and child psychology led her to start and run a respite program for families with children with special needs and ultimately start a family. Today her goal is to use her strengths to make the world more beautiful.
Amy’s unique combination of experience enables her to tackle anything in front of her with intentionality, creativity, and compassion. She brings her precise attention to detail, her appreciation of a solidly organized and functional space, and her passion for beauty and purpose to every project.
When she’s not organizing an event, support for a teacher, or a pantry, Amy enjoys yoga, reading, creative writing, volunteering, and most of all playing, exploring, and adventuring with her family of five and their golden, Nalu.
Katie Barton

As the newest member of the As You Wish Lifestyle team, Katie brings more than 20 years of experience as a personal, administrative, and executive assistant. With a diverse background across industries such as real estate and hospitality, Katie has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver results and "get it done". Her passion for providing efficient and effective support helps others make the most of their most valuable resource – time.
Having lived on both coasts and in the Midwest, Katie has now returned to her hometown of Denver, where she’s raising her family. When not focusing on helping others, Katie enjoys paddleboarding and watching sunsets; ideally at the same time!
